Al-Imam al-Dhahabi said: Musa b. 'Uqbah b. Abi 'Ayyash, the great and trustworthy imam... He was well-versed in the Prophetic expeditions and authored a book on the sub- ject in a single volume, making him the first to compile such a work. Al-Imam Malik recommended this book strongly: Ma'n said:When Malik was asked, "Whose Maghazi should we write down?" He would say, "You should rely on the Maghazi of Musa b. 'Uqbah, for he is trustworthy."Mutarrif, Man, and Muhammad b. al-Dahḥāk narrated:When Malik was asked about the Maghazi, he would say, "You should rely on the Maghazi of the righteous man Mūsā b. 'Uqbah, for it is the most authentic of the Maghazi accounts."Muhammad b. Talhah said:I heard Malik saying, "You should rely on the Maghazi of Mūsā, for he is a trustworthy man. He sought it out in his old age to accurately record those who were present with Allah's Messenger, and he did not record excessively as others did."

About This Book
The Prophet said: The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, and in both there is good. (Sahih Muslim: 2664)From the translator's introduction:This is a brief treatise authored by al-Imam al-Suyuti [wherein] he gathered eighteen hadiths and traditions supporting the legislated nature of wrestling, some based on the Prophet's words, some on his actions, and others on his tacit approval. There is no doubt about the religious legality of wrestling, as it is not a frivolous activity but rather a commendable sport purposes, such as preparing for battle and benefiting from it when that serves practical needed. Wrestling falls between being mustaḥabb (encouraged) and mubah (permissible), depending on the motive behind it.Wrestling is among the sports of Muslims and their lawful pastimes, aimed at strengthening and training their bodies. This is why the Prophet tested the strength of two young companions through wrestling, and took one of them with him to battle when he demonstrated his ability and strength in it.

What are the factors that caused a polytheistic region to shift to monotheism in a mere two decades? What caused them to accept the concept of an afterlife and a Day of Judgement? This short book aims to answer these questions by providing the overlooked historical context.

About This Book
This is the treatise Kashf al-Shubuhāt (Removal of the Doubts) by Shaykh al-Islām, the reviver, the Imām Muḥammad bin ʿAbd al-Wahhāb (may Allāh have mercy on him), born in 1115 AH and died in 1206 AH - may Allāh have abundant mercy upon him. This treatise discusses the fundamentals of the religion, focusing on the Oneness of worship (Tawḥīd al-ʿIbādah); and the knowledge of the fundamentals of the religion is the most noble of sciences, since it is connected to Allāh - His Names, Attributes, and Actions, and what is due to Him, the Most High, what is permissible regarding Him, and what is impossible - that is, knowing the One Who is worshipped, the Glorified, by His Names, His Attributes, His Actions, and the greatness of His Right.Indeed, Imām Abū Ḥanīfah (may Allāh have mercy on him) called what he wrote concerning Allāh in the fundamentals of the religion al-Fiqh al-Akbar (the greater understanding).[1] And this is the essence of the divine message, upon which all matters of the message are built. It is the most virtuous and obligatory matter that the hearts acquire, the souls comprehend, and the intellects attain. The need for it is greater than any need. The necessity for it exceeds all necessities, to the extent that the need for knowledge of the fundamentals of the religion is greater than the need for food and drink. The necessity of it is more than the necessity for them, and the very breath that goes in and out between a man's sides.

About This Book
Among the works of the reviver, Imām Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd al-Wahhāb (may Allāh have mercy on him), that have received notable acceptance from the scholars of the Ummah and seekers of knowledge, is this treatise before us, titled "The Treatise of the Three Fundamental Principles."
The three fundamental principles that he (may Allāh have mercy on him) mentioned here are as follows:
The First Principle: Knowing the servant's Lord.
The Second Principle: Knowing Islām with its proofs.
The Third Principle: Knowing our Prophet Muḥammad (May Allāh elevate his rank and grant him peace).
These three principles are the ones about which a person will be questioned when placed in their grave, and they are the ones mentioned by the Prophet (May Allāh elevate his rank and grant him peace) in his statement: "Indeed, the deceased hears the footsteps of his companions when they leave him, and two angels come to him and say: 'Who is your Lord? What is your religion? Who is your Prophet?' He says: 'My Lord is Allāh, my religion is Islām, and my Prophet is Muḥammad (May Allāh elevate his rank and grant him peace).' They will rebuke him and ask again: 'Who is your Lord? What is your religion? Who is your Prophet?' This is the final trial presented to the believer. As for the disbeliever and the hypocrite, it will be said to him: 'What did you use to say about this man?' He will say: 'I do not know, I used to say what people used to say.' Then it will be said to him: 'You neither knew nor did you follow.' Then he will be struck with a hammer of iron between his ears, and he will cry out in such a scream that everything near him will hear it except for humans and jinn."

About This Book
This is the creed written by Imām al-Mujaddid, Shaykh Muhammad ibn 'Abd al-Wahhab-may Allah sanctify his soul, elevate his rank, and gather us and you with him, alongside the prophets, messengers, the truthful, the martyrs, and the righteous-indeed, He is the One who grants that and is fully capable of it. He wrote this creed for the people of al-Qasim upon their request to clarify his creed while he was preoccupied. Thus, he composed a concise creed reflecting the beliefs of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jamaah, in which he outlined the six fundamental principles: belief in Allah, His angels, His books, His messengers, the Last Day, and predestination--both its good and its evil. This constitutes complete faith. Our commentary on this treatise aims to provide a detailed explanation, precise clarification of its intended meanings, and a closer approach to benefiting from it.

About This Book:
Dear readers, you have surely come across many stories that highlight the piety and noble character of Uthman. He was so good in fact that the Prophet Muhammad married two ofhis daughters to him. The Messenger first gave him the hand of his elder daughter, Ruqqayyali,.; and after her death, he married his second daughter, Umm Kulthum , to him. The Prophet Muhammad , later said, "If I had more daughters, I would also give a third one in marriage to Sayyedna Uthman This narration alone makes clear the high esteem in which the Messenger held Uthman. The Caliphate of Sayyedna Uthman was a period during which the Muslims enjoyed success and prosperity; it was also a period of great military success for the Muslim Nation. In this work, we will discuss and learn about the great generals of the Muslim army, the many lands the Muslim army conquered, and the many other wonderful achievements and advancements that took place for the Muslim Nation due to the sound leadership and dedication of Sayyedna Uthman Both before and during his caliphate, Uthman accomplished many great feats; I have endeavored to catalogue as many of them as possible in this book. In my humble opinion, his greatest achievement was to give permission to Muawiyah to make ships and establish a military presence on the high seas. About This Book
Muslims speak of Islam in egalitarian terms: the religion of peace, the religion that seeks to elevate man over his base desires, the religion that does not discriminate based on race and ethnicity. Despite the egalitarian spirit of Islam, the lived reality of many Muslims is very different, and this is most apparent when we observe how Muslims deal with race and ethnicity. Muslims who are Black in the West in particular, have found that while Islam may not discriminate based on race, many Muslims do. To make matters worse, some of those Muslims will delve in to the Islamic tradition to justify their biases and bigotries, seeing no contradiction between their racism and the Islamic ideals.

Description:
This book was inspired by a question I received in which the questioner said, "I'm not a Muslim. I'm interested in Islam, but my friends and I joke that it's like a cult. Why does Islam seem like a cult?" Islam's Cure to the Madness of Modem-Day Cults is my response to the question. Cult: an organized heresy, or religious perversion that deviates from the orthodox faith of a larger religion. Presently, there are an estimated 10,000 cults worldwide. These cults are guilty ofmisguiding countless people, robbing them oftheir wealth, stripping away their innocence, and, in many cases, murdering them. Due to misinformation and negative stereotypes, some have attempted to classify Islam as a cult In this treatise, vve compare the beliefs and practices of Islam against the beliefs and practices of 80 modem-day cults to clarify to the fair-minded truth seeker that Islam is not a cult Islam is a religion ofpure monotheism, noble character, and ethics.
